Please note that there will be no swim training on the morning of Sunday 19th June. This is because most of the swimmers from Gold and Platinum squads will be competing at the Suffolk Development Championships in Newmarket or the Colchester gala instead.
Training in the evening will proceed as normal for all those squads that usually train on a Sunday evening.
