On Monday 24th April 2017, we held another of our friendly galas against some of the Team Ipswich swimmers during our Monday Woolverstone training session for Platinum, Gold and Masters squads. Each swimmer chose three events in which they wished to compete from the range of 50 and 100m events. The events were fun and several of our swimmers achieved PBs.
