Charlie Smith took part in the UK Cold Water Swimming Championships at Tooting Bec Lido in South London in early February.
The water was a chilly 1.5 degrees and Charlie took part in the ice fly, gaining an impressive silver medal. She also competed in the relay event although they picked up a couple of change over penalties along the way.
